Greg Norkiewicz is a partner in the income tax practice of Baker Tilly.
Greg specializes in domestic and international tax compliance and consulting for corporations, value added tax compliance and audit defense, tangible personal property compliance, sales and use compliance and accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). He has experience in the following sectors: retail, technology, telecommunications and commercial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg spent more than 10 years in industry working with various public entities. Duties included managing the domestic and international compliance of the various firms. He prepared the ASC 740 tax provision and the related financial disclosures, as well as U.K. tax provisions, limited VAT filings and financial disclosures. During his time in industry, Greg was exposed to various tax issues, including a go-private transaction, various acquisitions, bankruptcy filings, international restructuring and international audits.
