David Bart is a national director of restructuring and complex litigation. David has more than 30 years of experience assisting individuals, businesses and their counsel in complex matters from investigations and general consulting to commercial litigation. Assignments include business and strategic analysis, forensic investigation, operational assessments, restructuring, bankruptcy, workouts, and commercial litigation. Clients include public, private, and not-for-profit entities. David has provided financial and litigation consulting services and testimony involving business viability/feasibility, valuation, commercial damages, solvency analysis, fraudulent transfers, forensic accounting, and financial investigations. His engagements include matters in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. District Court, State Court as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings.
