Catherine Rawlin is a partner with Baker Tilly’s forensic, litigation and valuation services practice. She has been involved in forensic accounting since 1988. She has handled losses of various scopes and sizes for insurers and lawyers in the United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa, USA, Asia and the Middle East.
- Catherine has given evidence in the Crown Court, County Court, High Court and Commercial Court as well as at Arbitration and Adjudication. Her expert witness work also includes:
• Preparing approximately 10 expert witness reports annually related to both civil and criminal matters across a broad spectrum of cases
• Meeting with opposing experts to identify areas of disagreement in order to assist the Court - Catherine has been instructed as an expert for one of the parties to an action and as a single joint expert
