Andy has more than 15 years of experience providing audit services to publicly traded and privately held companies in a multitude of industries. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with companies ranging from start-ups in the development states to multibillion dollar organizations with domestic and global operations.
- Provides clients with audit and consulting services in regards to revenue recognition, mergers and acquisition transactions, equity, and complex financing arrangements
- Manages services for several Fortune 500 companies both domestically and internationally
- Assists start-up companies working towards initial public offerings
