Alexis is a partner in the specialty tax, international tax services group of Baker Tilly US, LLP based in Chicago. She advises multinational corporations on their most complex business transactions, developing and implementing integrated business tax solutions that enhance operational and tax efficiencies, while complying with the U.S. federal tax laws. Alexis focuses her practice on U.S. and international aspects of federal tax matters, including international acquisitions and structuring and implementing transactions.
