Baker Tilly Accountants and Advisors Community investment

Baker Tilly believes investing in our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve benefits all of us.

Firm associates contribute leadership, time, talent, spirit, and money to improve the communities where they work and live. Many of them serve on boards and committees for community and not-for-profit organizations, and volunteer for fundraising and community activities.

Baker Tilly reinforces and applauds this commitment through an employee recognition program we call Helping Enrich Relationships through Outreach, or HERO. HERO recognizes the value of the time donated by our employees and the benefit to them of participating in community service. Baker Tilly employees regularly give more than 1,000 hours of volunteer time each year to community programs.
