
Brandon Andries Executive Managing Partner | | Brandon Andries is an Executive Managing Partner with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. He is responsible for firm operating activities and infrastructure and provides leadership to the areas of firm finance, information technology, legal, and best processes. Brandon is a member of the firm’s Executive, Management, and Compensation Committees, Risk Committee, and Project Board Steering Committee. He has also held leadership roles with the Internal Accounting and Auditing Committee, IT Committee, and Practice Management Committee. Additionally, he oversees the Managing Partner positions in each of Baker Tilly’s Midwest locations which includes offices in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and throughout Wisconsin. - Led the transition of the firm’s corporate headquarters and name change.
- Ensures that relevant financial data is analyzed and presented to the CEO and Managing Partners.
- Solid experience in directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
- Led M&A transactions ranging from $1 million to $65 million to support overall strategic objectives.
- Leads the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure quality service.
- Participates in capital market development.
- Oversees large client audit and tax engagements.
- Possesses significant experience as a general business advisor to commercial, and manufacturing / distribution clients.
- Successfully led the Minnesota business unit with annual revenues of $20 million.
- Led the firm’s manufacturing and distribution industry group which has grown to encompass $20 million in billings and more than 70 employees in five regions.
- Participated in development courses through Harvard Business School Executive Education.
