Baker Tilly was engaged to design and launch a new organization within the Veteran Health Administrations’ (VHA) Office of Health Information (OHI). The Product Effectiveness (PE) organization was chartered to perform assessments of VHA IT products and programs to ensure they are effective in terms of function, business case realization, and user satisfaction.
