Baker Tilly Presents: “Maximizing Your Tax and Financial Incentives"

January 10, 2010

MILWAUKEE, WI – Financial leaders in the southeastern Wisconsin business community will gather on January 19th to hear four Baker Tilly leaders present best practices on how to best maximize financial and tax incentives related to investments in a company’s facility. During a presentation titled, “Maximizing Your Tax and Financial Incentives" Brad DeNoyer, Todd Carpenter, Jon Skavlem, and Christina Berger will use their collective knowledge in accounting, tax, real estate, construction, and renewable energy to uncover the costs and benefits associated with major facilities and explore how to maximize the return on these assets.

This event will be held at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel on January 19, 2011 and begins at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast and networking, followed by an interactive and educational presentation. Key financial leaders within an organization are highly encouraged to attend and will learn: a comprehensive approach to analyzing a facility involving the expansion, renovation, reinvestment, or new construction of a plant or office building and how to compile and manage the complex data and information necessary to achieve cost savings. This complimentary event qualifies for CPE credit. To attend, please contact Andrea Mullins at andrea.mullins@bakertilly.com.

Companies often lack the resources or background necessary to compile and manage the complex array of information necessary to evaluate costs and activities, and to properly characterize and identify numerous available tax credits and incentives. With backgrounds in accounting, tax, architecture, engineering, real estate, and construction, Baker Tilly individuals are able to effectively identify potential areas of benefit to focus attention and maximize financial incentives.
