Baker Tilly Enhances Cloud Computing and Plex Online Expertise; Presents Session Topics at PowerPlex 2011 Conference May 3, 2011 CHICAGO, IL – Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly), is pleased to announce Jeff Neidorf has joined the business technology consulting practice as a Director and Patti Nowak as a Manager. Both specialize in cloud computing and Plex Online implementations. Mr. Neidorf has nearly 30 years of experience with automotive and other global manufacturers providing enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations and business process improvements, including the establishment of world-wide implementation standards to ensure consistency of information and delivery. He has had responsibility to build and run consulting organizations delivering project management and quality assurance as well as application, technical, and post implementation support services relating to ERP software implementations, and business intelligence. Jeff has conducted seminars on ERP optimization and business intelligence. Ms. Nowak joins the firm with over 17 years in information systems management working with small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, publicly and privately held entities, as well as domestic and international organizations. She has experience in project management of complete systems replacements, acquisitions and mergers, and cost and waste reductions. Patti has significant knowledge of Plex Online software, launched the Wisconsin/Illinois Plex Users Group, and is a member of the Plex Wiki Advisory Board. New features will also be presented such as Material Availability and Tooling Constraints. In the Enhanced Materials Management session, attendees will learn how Baker Tilly helped clients enhance the Plex Part List to manage complex material requirements. The presentation will cover the planning and production cycle highlighting dynamic multi-outs, steel plate management, actual costing, and enhanced material utilization.
