Randy Dummer Receives Outstanding Discussion Leader Award

Appleton, WI – April 20, 2010 – Randy Dummer, Partner with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly), has been awarded the Outstanding Discussion Leader Award by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for 2009. Recipients of this award are selected based on the highest overall instructor knowledge and presentation scores from leading AICPA seminars nationwide. This is Randy’s second consecutive year receiving this award.

Chosen from 260 speakers, Dummer is one of 13 recipients of this award. Dummer instructs seminars for AICPA for various state societies throughout the country on accounting and auditing topics. It is standard practice for Baker Tilly as a firm to encourage its employees to be visible in their community and to serve as a resource for delivering candid and professional thought leadership.

Dummer has been with the firm since 1987 and currently leads the Commercial Team audit practice for the Fox Valley area.
