Baker Tilly Names Director of Customer Management Consulting

CHICAGO, IL – Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly), is pleased to announce that Todd Wilkerson has joined the firm as a Director of Customer Management Systems Consulting.

Mr. Wilkerson was most recently vice president of the customer management practice at Business & Decision, an international consulting and systems integration company (formerly Inforte). Over the last 14 years, he has been responsible for multi-disciplinary teams providing strategy, business transformation, and solution implementation services for large enterprises throughout North America, focusing on customer relationship management (CRM), partner relationship management (PRM), and custom solution development. Todd’s focus over the last five years has been on transitioning organizations to cloud computing including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions from vendors such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, and Microsoft.
