Biographies of presenters:
Monica Modi Dalwadi, CPA, CIA, CFE
Monica Modi Dalwadi is a senior manager with Baker Tilly, an accounting and advisory firm with more than 1,400 personnel nationwide. Monica is a leader in Baker Tilly’s internal audit and risk advisory services practice, working primarily with higher education and research institutions. Monica’s main focus is internal auditing on a wide range of business issues and regulatory compliance matters, corporate governance, and internal control structures, including fraud and abuse reviews. Monica has helped numerous clients in performing construction audits, including higher education institutions and not-for-profits. Monica has also audited financial and operational processes, such as contractor and sub-contractor oversight, contract bidding and awarding, change orders, contract close-outs, and final billings. 

Tony Ollmann
Tony Ollmann is Baker Tilly's construction risk services practice leader, with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Tony combines compliance with operations experience by leveraging his knowledge gained as a project controls and systems director for a national engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) firm, as a lean construction consultant, and over a dozen years with Baker Tilly's Enterprise Real Estate services team. He has led numerous construction audits for higher education institutions, healthcare organizations, and not-for-profits.
