Baker Tilly Registers with Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB)
Firm positioned to audit US companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange

CHICAGO, IL – Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Baker Tilly) is pleased to announce its successful registration with the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB). As members of the CPAB, the firm is now positioned to provide audit services to US companies that are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV).
