Baker Tilly Recognized as Leader in Employee Learning and Development Programming
Accounting and Advisory firm Among 25 Global Award Winners; Other Winners Include AT&T, Cisco, and Booz Allen

TYSONS CORNER, VA – For the second year in a row, accounting and advisory firm Baker Tilly has been named a winner of a global award recognizing organizations which have developed and implemented effective and efficient approaches to employee learning and development, resulting in significant business improvement.

The Learning Leaders Award program is sponsored by Bersin & Associates, a research and advisory firm focused on enterprise learning and talent management. The 25 winning organizations were selected based on detailed criteria compiled over years of research.

Known as Beers + Cutler prior to a December 2009 merger with Baker Tilly, the firm was selected as a winner in the Learning and Talent Initiative Excellence category for its comprehensive leadership development program. This program has created highly consistent processes that improve and integrate every area of talent management, including the use of competencies, and has contributed to the firm’s overall success. Last year, Baker Tilly was selected as a winner in the Operational Program Excellence category for its college internship orientation program.
